*For HSs, you can do HSPU, kick ups on wall, freestanding kick ups, HS walks, wall walks, inverted shoulder taps, etc.
*If you have singles, work on dubs!! If you have dubs, work on eliminating singles to get rope started or work on making them faster and/or more efficient.

*Score = weight. Pick something that’s going to be tough and done in singles.
*Rest with whatever time is left in 3 min
*Sprint should be measured out in alleyway, barbells stay outside
