Our programs

CrossFit Classes- Regular class for On Ramp graduates and CrossFit veterans.

On Ramp- A 7 session program designed to educate anyone new to CrossFit or who may need more guidance on  the 9 foundational CrossFit movements, mobility, range of motion issues, and basic nutrition.

Completing this is mandatory to join in CrossFit classes.

*We have a test-out option for CrossFit veterans.

CrossFit Private Training –For athletes wanting more personal CrossFit Coaching

Crossfit Kids (ages 5-11)

Crossfit Teens (ages 12 – 18)

Masters Program (ages 55+)
