EMOM for 8 min

odds: 40ft HS walk

evens: max DU
*Scale HS walk to 40 shoulder taps in whatever inverted/plank position is possible. Options from hardest to easiet:

1) HS hold facing wall

2) Inverted on box

3) Pike push up

4) Normal plank

For all options – the more vertical (inverted) the body is, the harder it will be
